Pretty Strokes glassware is hand painted and heat set for durability and lasting color. Although it is considered dishwasher safe, some dishwashers are too hot or have steam which will loosen paint. For this reason, we recommend hand washing to insure your item will last for years. Never soak hand painted items in water.
