Each glass is individually made and may vary slightly from picture listed. If you would like the glass personalized, I typically personalize on the back of the glass. If you would like something else, please let me know.
Pretty Strokes glassware is individually hand painted, dishwasher and microwave safe. Your order will be processed promptly and in most cases shipped within 3 to 5 business days after processing. We are located in Alexandria, Virginia and we ship via USPS.

Shipping from United States
We ship via USPS. Regular items are shipped within 7 days of payment. Custom orders will be shipped within 7-14 days. You will be notified when an item ships.
We offer express shipping and Priority mail for an additional cost. Please visit our Shipping Options section for information on these services.
Refunds
We hope you will be happy with your purchase. We accept returns if we are notified with 7 days after you received the order.

Glassware is top rack dishwasher safe or may be hand washed. Do not use harsh brushes or sponges on glassware. With proper care these items will last for years.
